My Last Appointment 6/3/2011

I enjoyed a very personable, friendly atmosphere during my last dental appointment with Dr. Hanson. My mother who is an Alzheimer's victim, did as well. They always treat both of us with the utmost courtesy and my mother with a complete understanding of the disease that has taken her thoughts away. Dr Hanson and her staff always speak to her with love and compassion. I truly think this firm is top notch. Thanks. more

Excellent care 6/3/2011

Cared about my anxiety and even talked about it ahead of time. Didn't fell any pain and they made me as comfortable as possible. The staff are very nice and take time to really know their patients. Although I, like most people, don't like going to the dentist...If I lived in the area, would happily go back to Hanson Dentistry whether for cleanings or major dental work! more

Feedback for May 24 cleaning 5/24/2011

I had an awesome visit (well,as good as it can be in a dentist chair - lol). Everything went well from the appointment setting, to the reminder, through the cleaning and meeting with the doc. One suggestion.... I was told the Oral-B was on sale for $75.00 so I decided to purchase it. Then at the check-out found out $25 was in rebates. Okay... I could live with that. When I got home and took everything apart I found that $15 of it comes by rebate only after my next office visit and it expires in August. If I didn't have a cavity, I wouldn't even be coming back until December. I felt a little mis-led by all of this and probably wouldn't have purchased it had I known all of the details. I would just suggest full disclosure up front. I don't think anyone was trying to trick me, they probably just didn't think about sharing it with me in that much of detail. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback! You guys are the BEST! more

Very comfortable. Liked the xray this time instead of having to hold those sharp pieces of "plastic" in my mouth. Beautiful office. Carla was very friendly, personable and gentle. more

I had an excellent experience and would reommend Dr. Leslie and his staff to anyone! From the receptionist Angel to the hygenist Pam and dental assistant Nelli, everyone was awesome! Dr.Leslie is a patient gentle and thorough dentist and I would recomend him highly as well! more

Dr. Hanson and team are always concerned about the health of my mouth as though I was a member of their family! It feels like "home" from the time you walk in the front door-I appreciate the time Dr. Hanson takes to explain things with words I understand and they hygienists are top notch!
