I had an awesome visit (well,as good as it can be in a dentist chair - lol). Everything went well from the appointment setting, to the reminder, through the cleaning and meeting with the doc. One suggestion.... I was told the Oral-B was on sale for $75.00 so I decided to purchase it. Then at the check-out found out $25 was in rebates. Okay... I could live with that. When I got home and took everything apart I found that $15 of it comes by rebate only after my next office visit and it expires in August. If I didn't have a cavity, I wouldn't even be coming back until December. I felt a little mis-led by all of this and probably wouldn't have purchased it had I known all of the details. I would just suggest full disclosure up front. I don't think anyone was trying to trick me, they probably just didn't think about sharing it with me in that much of detail. Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback! You guys are the BEST!
