An Outstanding Experience 3/4/2011

Larson Dodge of Puyallup, WA is an outstanding faciltity and always a pleasure to conduct business with. Everytime I have been inside their facility, not only are the staff extremely user friendly and knowledgeable, but the store is immaculately clean and looks great from the street. I enjoy working with Ron Radach on my visits, he is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The mechanics who service my vehicle are great they find things wrong that are not part of my visit. Overall I am very satisfied with the service dept. more

I recently moved and was searching for a dealership to take care of some warranty repairs on my car. After searching for a while and reading nothing but negative reviews I gave in and chose Larson Dodge because of their location. more

worst customer service upon purchase; ever 7/23/2007

responded to sales add, but the truck listed in the add was not what I thought, so looked around the lot, telling the sales rep I needed 4 things: used ok, / a tow vehicle capable of towing a 2-3 horse trailer,, 4 wheel drive, never previously in an accident. Pros: sells dodge Cons: contracts NOT dependable, poor sales and business practices more
