My temporary crown was put on backwards and didn't cover the tooth, so it was damaged, lots of pain. They had to take an impression of my tooth 3 times becuase they couldnt get it right. When I tried to explain the pain I was having, with the temp crown, the dr. told me their would be some discomfort. He had to go take his flying test and would look at it later. Needless to say I left with the work unfinished. Stay away from this guy, assistansts to way too much of the work, and his work is below par.......my new dentist got the crown fitted perfectly the first time, but it took two extra visits to correct the shabby work from Dr. Brown.My new dentist said it was some of the worst work he had ever seen, he took extra ics at no charge so I could send to the dential board. Keep clear.......Billing, I asked for a cleaning, but was given a scaling, which was 750.00 more, was never told this. I found out by calling my insurance company to complain about the dentist and they told me about the charges......watch your bill.
Pros: Office was clean, staff was friendly
Cons: Some equipment was broken down, shoddy work. and expensive.
