My car was past due for service and I didn't have the budget for dealership prices. After calling around I found RMS to have the best price quote and sounded the best on the phone. They did dealer quality work and now I will only bring my car here! more

Great Value and Service 2/22/2012

I desperately needed my Volvo serviced. I had tires that needed mounting, the car needed an inspection, and oil change done. I explained that finances could be an issue and the service and total fees exceeded my expectations. On top of that a courteous young man also drove me back to my office. RMS will be my mechanic for all my auto needs. more

they flushed my transmission here and RMS was very good. Very accurate time estimate too. I asked about how often this needed to be done and what other maintenance I should be bringing my car in for. They were very nice and happy to help. more

Might want to find somewhere else 1/11/2009

I brought my car into this shop to have it repaired. When I picked it up I was told the driving would be stiff and hard to turn but it should losen up. A few weeks later I brought it back because the wheel was very hard to turn, and had not loosened. After picking my car up for the second time the steering was fixed but I now have a mysterious noise when I turn my wheel. The shop may have fixed one probelm but created another. more

AVOID this shop!!! 10/31/2008

This shop used to have a good rep.; but things have changed! I've used them twice and both experiences weren't good. The first time, I took my car to them when it was time to change the timing belt. It took them a couple of days to do a four-hour job but the price was reasonable. Maybe they just had a lot of work that slowed them down. Except my wife calls me, broken down, on the side of the road after picking the car up. Seems they failed to re-connect the intake to the turbo. They were indignant when I called them back but they did fix the issue. I know it was a mistake; I can accept that - but paying someone to be rude to me is hard to swallow. Pros: awesome if you like paying to be insulted and don't need your car for a long time Cons: they make transparant excuses for delays & are rude when pressed to be accountable more

Worst Service Possible Ever 12/4/2007

I came here because I broke down on the road and the tow driver sent me to the nearest shop. As soon as I came there they treated me rudely. They seemed like they didn't want to fix my car and one of the mechanics dinged my car door. They gave me an estimate of over $800 bucks to fix my car. I of course, took it somewhere else and got it running for half that price. I paid towing twice. more

DON'T COME! 8/16/2007

Very rude!! This place is situated inside the montrose area and they charge ridiculus prices! When I was there the manager there was arguing with another customer. At that moment I should have left but I tried them anyways. I regret it very much. more
