Review content:
This shop used to have a good rep.; but things have changed! I've used them twice and both experiences weren't good. The first time, I took my car to them when it was time to change the timing belt. It took them a couple of days to do a four-hour job but the price was reasonable. Maybe they just had a lot of work that slowed them down. Except my wife calls me, broken down, on the side of the road after picking the car up. Seems they failed to re-connect the intake to the turbo. They were indignant when I called them back but they did fix the issue. I know it was a mistake; I can accept that - but paying someone to be rude to me is hard to swallow.
Pros: awesome if you like paying to be insulted and don't need your car for a long time
Cons: they make transparant excuses for delays & are rude when pressed to be accountable
