Riviera Pools of Tampa

I took the time to read hundreds of reviews on all our local pool contractors in the Tampa Bay area before I decided to go with Riviera- there’s something to be said about a company that has been serving our area for 40 years. I believe no one can please everyone all the time and with that being said I had a great experience with the whole process from my first meeting with my salesman Steve to the very last visit, so I would like to say … To the whole Riviera Team THANK YOU! more

Once the permits came through they were quick with the build. Watching them progress each day was pretty awesome. Everyone was always professional and respectful of my property. Thank you!!! more

I would recommend Riviera Pools to anyone I knew who was thinking of building a pool (and have!). They were always very responsive to any questions or issues we had and did what it took to either inform us or get an issue corrected. It's a big dirty hole in your back yard so problems are going to come up...they took the time to make it right. Great company with really caring people! more

Save your hard earned $$$ and let someone build your pool who wants your business and who will ensure that quality standards are met. These people do nothing more than find excuses for their screwups and there have been may. They don't sell you what you pay for and the sales guy is sooo miserable and gets agrevated when asked simple things. Worst of the worst. more

Riviera pools is the best around central Florida.Went to many pool builders and seen their finished pools at model homes.Nothing compared in price and craftmanship to the style pool Riviera built for our family.Warranty service is excellent.Stay involved with the constuction as it progresses, so you can make any changes you may want add or delete.The crews that come out during each phase will have no problem working with you and giving you the pool of your dreams.Don't wait until the pool is complete and say I DON'T like this or that.Ask for Bob in sales.He will work with you until your are completely satisfied.I meet every worker on my pool and they all where courteous and professional.All I Can Say Is," Thanks Riviera--My Pool Is KICK BUTT" more

We contracted Riviera pools to build a custom pool for us late last year. The pool began January 2nd, 2013 and was just completed. While the construction process took significantly longer than quoted or expected, the final product looks amazing. We went with most of the options that gave us as close to a maintenance free pool as possible. Here is what we have: * 6' Sun shelf for the kids, with a foam jet as a fountain in the middle * Spa with 8 jets. * 3' Sheer decent waterfall, with rosette water features on both sides * Solar system (has been great!) * A&A in-Floor cleaning system with dual skimmers, which was ideal, since we didn't get a screen enclosure. * Filter, heater and pumps are all Pentair, which has amazing support and knowledge of their products. * Grand Effects Fire Bowls on the corners, tied into the pool automation * Artistic Pavers * Holloway coping (the only thing I don't recommend that we purchased. The product took forever to get and is soft, so you have to be very careful with it) There were some hiccups, as with any construction project. We brought the issues up to them as they came up, and eventually everything was fixed to our satisfaction. The staff is always friendly and willing to talk. more

Completely unprofessional and over their head in construction ability. The decking surrounding our pool collapsed after the first rain. Riviera cut corners and didn't compact the dirt. The project is months behind schedule and the owner , Bill Molter, gave me his word that they would finish by 5/25/2013. They never showed to finish. Once you pay them you go to the bottom of the list. Riviera has become a Ponzi scheme. more
