Holy Cow! This place is horrible! They really get you with the beautiful lounge and model room they show you. Your apt will be the same shape but full of mold and mystery smells. They do cleaning checks once a month, which is great, but no matter how hard you try and clean that place it will always look disgusting, as it is falling apart. You will fail cleaning checks and they will charge for it. You'll try harder the next month and spare no expenses to clean it even better, but you and your roommates will fail again, and you will have to pay again. As a dude I generally don't care if I have to live in sub par conditions, but not for this price!!! Whatever positives you have while considering this place, it will never be worth it, if you have friends living there, you will be happier convincing them to live somewhere else, hey that's why I moved in, and now we hate together... more

This place is seriously terrible. For the last year our kitchen has been flooding anytime there is any rain or snow. Regardless of the amount of bleach we use mold is always showing up in our bathroom. They try to do things to make it fun, but the staff will annoy you so much that you wont want to go a second time. They are uneducated regular people that just want free rent, if you ever ask a question they just bounce around asking all the other staff if they know and the manager is insane. The last one that just left was not too bad but still out to get your money, but this new lady will take your soul. Their location is ok, if you walk. Parking is crazy expensive and they charge per month. To pull out you have to make it through traffic on one of the craziest intersections in Provo, the stadium in right next door, which is great if you are walking to the game, if you are just trying to relax at home however, good luck. I honostly was ok with this place a year ago, but each month they find some new way to make people upset. Every special has a catch, you're not going to get your deposits back, and there's always a special fee. You shouldn't even be considering this place, if you still are, I'm willing to pay the $75 to sell you my contract, you can have it! more
