I am very pleased with the professional service I received from the entire staff at Riverwalk Family Dental in Naperville. I am a new patient who contacted their office early one Monday morning; I was in pain and needed to see a Dentist and Oral Surgeon immediately. I spoke with office manager Diana who put me at ease and worked me into Dr Jill's schedule the same morning. Dr Jill performed the necessary procedures to relieve my pain and immediately worked me in to Dr. Eric's schedule for oral surgery. Dr Eric performed a difficult extraction and placed an implant the same day! The process was absolutely painless. Riverwalk Family Dental operates as a professional team with excellent service. I appreciate their compassion and their step-by-step consultation with the patient. more

Riverwalk Family Dental is great!!! The staff is very nice. This was easily the least painful visit I've ever had. I floss a lot less than I told the hygienist, and she was still gentle with that pointy metal tool that usually makes my gums hurt. more

I have seen many dentists in the past few years for many reasons. i have a fear of dentist, dental work, and the cost associated. i choose to try riverwalk family dental after looking at their website. the doctors looked warm, and the office inviting. i made a appointment, as a new patient and was seen the same week which was impressive. as i walked in the staff was very pleasant, offering me water/coffee as i filled out my paperwork. when brought back i was given a tour of the office and seated. my cleaning and xrays was a very pleasant experience with the hygienist talking to me in words that i could understand, instead of frowning upon my lack of dental care. Dr. Pasinski did my exam and went over my treatment needed. she explained everything that needed to be done. after being dismissed i was taken to the front desk area where their treatment planer had all of the work i needed done broken down by priority and cost. after 4 total appointments i am back to a great smile, without cavites, and without fear of going back. i will continue to see these dentists in the future, and have transferred my children and husband there as well. more

I, Alexandria Palma personally give RIVER WALK FAMILY DENTAL five stars no questions asked. This place is amazing. I had a really bad toothache and I was seen that day. The staff is very friendly and really cares about your dental needs and answers any questions that you have before and after a procedure is done. I had a root canal done that day by an Amazing Endo Dr. that they have in their practice. He was so gentle I never felt a thing not even the first injection and most people fear that part the most. He was so gentle and everything went so smoothly that I honestly could have went to sleep I was that relaxed. NEVER have I have been able to say that at a dentist office but I can totally say that about River Walk Family Dental. The Entire staff is wonderful all the Dentist there are very compassionate about what they do and you can tell that they really CARE. I am so glad I am a patient of River Walk Family Dental . It was the best decision I made for my dental care....TO SUM IT ALL UP THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! more

The staff at Riverwalk was very comforting and explained my treatment thoroughly and in way I understood. I have referred many coworkers to Riverwalk and they too have had great experiences! more

My 2 children, husband and I have been Riverwalk Family Dental patients since we moved to Naperville, many years ago. When we were new to the area I asked people in our neighborhood which dental office they went to and I heard from several people that Riverwalk was the place to go. After the outstanding experiences we have had at Riverwalk, we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for our care. Before going to Riverwalk I was never a big fan of going to the dentist due to bad dental memories as a child, but my family's experiences at Riverwalk have changed my belief about going to the dentist entirely! The the wll trained and knowledgable doctors and entire staff at Riverwalk are always there to help with anything we have ever needed. The doctors explain things in a way that I can really understand, which wasn't always the case in previous dental offices. When my husband had problems with his wisdom teeth, there was an oral surgeon right there at their location who was able to take care of his problem. more

Charge is high, service is poor. more

They could not perform good service for my 3 year old as promised . They sent her to other dental office that is better than them . Not good to bring my 3 year old in the first place. more
