Not so happy. 4/24/2013

I bought 4 tires from this company. I am a working man, so I could not afford o buy all four at once, so I bought 2 for $378.00 one week, and bought 2 more 2 weeks later for $378.00, 6 months later I came back for a tire rotation and had to pay $12.00. Not very good business. I just don't get it. Where's the customer appreciation? more

Because of my past experience at Reiverview Tire, I have trusted they would always treat me fair. At one time I had a different young man wait on me and I didn't trust him at all, but haven't seen him lately. No my windsheild wipers still are not fixed. more

miscommunication 3/20/2013

I ordered tires on a thursday afternoon to be put on my truck on saturday morning when I got there on saturday morning I learned the girl I ordered the tires from she did not call and get them brought over so I had to leave and come back later in the day for my tires. The tires were put on in a timely matter. I just did not like having to come back a 2nd time on a saturday. more
