Long wait for simple service 9/23/2013

Asked to have 'code cleared' One and half hour later, code cleared but told car needed several other items. Too long to clear a code and I don't want that other stuff. more

Very Rude 9/21/2013

I took my car back to your location who is the only person that has ever worked on my car only to be rude to. I took it the same day to the dealer who found a foreign substance had been put in my power steering fluid that caused the isue with the stearing going in and out. I have it documented. When I requested to speak with John I was informed he doesn't come in any more only his wife, I'm still wanting to speak with him since he knows all about my car and has been the only one to service my vehicles for years. I'm very very upset about this. more

We have used Riverview Tire and Auto for many years, as many as three vehicles and hundreds of services and not once, did we feel taken advantage of by their services. The family is grown and moved out of the house, but they still use Riverview Tire and Auto. It’s become part of our family. more

the guys there are nice down to earth do what they tell you they are going to do and if something changes they talk to you before they go ahead and do it I will be bringing my truck back soon to fix the problem they found and my wifes car for her ac they got a customer for awhile now in me more
