Riverstone And Brookstone Apartments

I came to see Ivonne with high hopes for a 1br apartment. She was really nice... at first. Then, every time I came back, she kept adding on expenses acting like she forgot to mention it the last time. Look, bills add up, and some things should NOT be forgotten. I came here expecting to pay about $1,175 AT MOST (utilities/pet deposit included), but walked out with total expenses that would cost $1,300 (with various other deposits, such as garage openers + other garage spaces which run $175 for double space). This place is NOT worth that much. When I asked Ivonne about the legality of keeping applications, we got into an argument. She told me that I wasted her time, since she had other prospective tenants waiting to see the room we filled an application for. Look, I adhered to the rules and gave her the $100 deposit she asked for to hold my apartment; she should NEVER blame a prospective tenant who decided to be smart in NOT giving into her fake, manipulative ways. Like I said, Ivonne is MANIPULATIVE and will be nice to you (like the good saleswoman she tries to be), but if any problems arise, GOOD LUCK trying to put some sense into that airhead. Yuck. Seriously, avoid this place like the plague. more

When i think what a homeless person has to live with i think about the situation im in when i choose to live here at Riverstone and Brookstone apts. They're Roaches that are in the walls, the Orkin guy says its INFESTED! There's termites and MOLD! All they do is re-paint and send hard working people to collections because they're mad at the tenants for moving out and are costing the management money! Maybe if you actually hired REAL managers and STAFF this place wouldn't be soo bad! Maybe if you did things the LEGAL way you wouldn't find yourself on the VERGE of a big lawsuit!!!!!! They're nice at first but dont EVER say anythings broken or needs fixing!!! Dont go complain and expect the offices hoo rah's to get off their fat asses to do anything, you come HOME to cars parked in your spot and even though your paying for it, they dont care! The city is involved with them because its soo bad! Please ban together to shut this slum lord run apartment down but not renting here, or LEAVE! You throw out your trash to see ILLEGAL dumpster divers looking through your Trash!!! AGAIN, STAY AWAY GO TO APARTMENTRATINGS COM TO SEE THE TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!! This add is a LOAD of garbage!!! \r Imagine a life of everyday DRAMA with intimate landscaped courtyards right at your doorstep. Entertain your friends and family in our newly remodeled clubhouse, which is the ONLY thing they work to upgrade besides the show apartment, work out in our state-of-the-art fitness center, that has only 1 or 2 workout machines that actually work! or just relax beside one of our sparkling swimming pools that the kids love to pee in. The community DOESNT offer any rich array of activities or entertainment. STAY AWAY from RiverstoneBrookstone Apartments!!\r \r These are the WORSE place to ever live at! The manager is a Maniac who hates mexicans!! She talks down to EVERYONE that rents there and doesnt care about safety or your health! Had a baby and the apt. had MOLD that she never Cleaned!!! After leaving they kept my $850 deposit and never gave me notice as to why, 3 months later im in collections for an additional $2000 in fees because the manager is vindictive!!! STAY AWAY this will HAPPEN to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you dont listen then i hope your content with living with the ROACH infestation, no its not the ""dirty people"" its actually in the walls of the complex!! Make them be fair and put them outta business so that they can start from scratch and stop treating people that pay good money like dog poo!!! \r \r NEVER LIVE HERE OR ANY FPI MANAGED APARTMENT, THEY'RE ALL THE SAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT rent here!! this is a fair warning. The management staff talks down to you when you let them know things need to be fixed. theres NO assigned parking, its INFESTED with cockroaches, mold everywhere and the only apt they show is the ""show apt"" thats been upgraded but yet the other apts you'll end up getting looks NOTHING like the show apt. the leasing consultants know NOTHING. you think you'll be able to come home and relax but you'll find they're workers or other people parked in your parking spot. stay away the city is after them already.. do them a favor and dont rent here or if you live here already as i do leave!!!!!!! there so MUCH more to say but not enough room!! BE WARE!!! Cons: they have no idea how to run apartments more
