My husband purchased an Accord from your dealership a few months ago and I have been wanted to write about his great experience but have been too busy to do so. I am writing now because I have been reminded by calling into the dealership today and having a wonderful conversation with an Amazing Employee by the name of James Ramos. In the middle of a buy day James was able to stop and answer all the questions I had about the financing and even give me future advice on how to purchase a Car. He made sure I asked for him when it comes time to buy my new car and he didn't hesitate to tell me I ""can call him anytime with any question and it doesn't have to be finance related "" that he "" would help with any department in the dealership"". Would you please recognize James Ramos as Kind Considerate Professiona. It is hard to find in the world we live in today. Mr. Michaelson we thank you for having such wonderful employee's in your Auto Group. more

A few years back, I bought a vehicle from Riverside Honda and it was the best vehicle purchase I ever made. I now have 38,000 miles on it and am looking to purchase a new Accord in the next 3-6 months. I-m definately going back to Riverside! more

The key is know what you want, and what you want to pay. ART the sales rep was courteous, efficient, and got us in and out in under 90 mins. Pretty damn good time if you ask me. more

There service is excellent 3/22/2011

There service is excellent. An oil change is cheaper than the local EZ Lube, and they wash your car while you wait in their luxe waiting room with free donuts, coffee, expresso machine, sodas, plasma tv and internet. I actually look forward to getting my car service there. more

I've been to a few other Honda Dealerships 3/18/2011

I've been to a few other Honda Dealerships in the surrounding area and have found that Riverside Honda has the best customer service around. The sales staff is great too!. They helped walk me through the buying experience and I found it very pleasent. Not the pull your teeth out experience I've had in the past. I love my new Accord!!! I'll be back later this year for my son's car. more

I was asking around for price quotes 3/16/2011

I was asking around for price quotes on the internet, Riverside Honda had the BEST price quote out of 10 dealerships around Southern California. They didn't ask me to come in or the whole ""we don't give a price over the internet/phone"" line. The quote was quick and low. more

They opened the door for us, offered us a drink, and our representative came down and introduced us to Nick, our sales person, it went great! We <3 our car. Thank you! more

I had such a wonderful experience at Riverside Honda. I applied through the Internet and was contacted within 10 minutes of my inquiry. When I arrived I was greeted by their friendly and helpful staff. They showed me the car and I was in and out of their dealership within 21/2 hours. There was no pressure like at most dealerships. It was the best experience I've had with buying a car. more

We decided to stick with Honda 1/4/2011

The time had come for my wife and I to replace our well-aged Nissan Altima. Two years ago we bought our first Honda ; An Odyssey. Being very pleased with that we decided with that we decided to stick with Honda. We found a couple of used options from local dealers and when we I called my trusted mechanic to ask his opinion he said: ""Before you ever buy a Honda from a dealer in San Diego call Honda Riverside. For some reason they are always able to beat San Diego dealers. Since I do everything my mechanic tells me, I gave them a call, I spoke with Ciara Lewis. Not only was the pleasant to deal with, she took down the info about what I was looking for, placed me briefly on hold to consult with her manager and returned with a significantly better deal. As it seemed more and more likely that my wife and I would be taking a drive to Riverside, i was in frequent contact with Ciara wanted as much info as I could get prior to making the commitment to driving that distance. She continued to impress with lots of answers and quick responses. more
