I want to extend my gratitude to the Riverside Honda Team. We looked all over for our vehicles. When Katie called us on phone, we scheduled a prompt appointment, meet with Ron, who knew all about the Honda Pilot, and the options we wanted, they located it. The next day our Pilot was out front, clean and Nicole was ready with our contracts. It was awesome. There services were extraordinary. Both my wife and I have gone to other dealerships, none even remotely close to the service provide by Katie and Ron. more

What can I say, this was by fat the best car buying experience ever. I came through the internet department where they answered all my questions and were so nice and professional. I came in my internet girl met me, set me up with a product specialist and with an hour was on my way out in my new car. more

Best buying experience we have ever had. 4/27/2012

We want to tip our hats to Riverside Honda. This was the best buying experience we have ever had. This being our 3rd Honda, we only wish we would have bought all from you. This process was easy. We requested online; were contacted by Katy Smith, who called us ASAP. Wow!, let us know what was in stock & colors we set an appointment and were on our way. Honda made us feel at home, the drive was worth it! more

honesty and hard work 4/18/2012

I submitted my vehicle options and within minutes and received a price quote and a phone call from Cari Lewis.who was very informative and honest. Although they didnt no have the car that i wanted in stock she and her sales team worked diligently to locate the vehicle to keep me from traveling a distance. Although my price was slightly different because my certificate was for in stock only, I appreciated their honesty and hard work. And they made my car buying experience a overall easy and welcoming experience. more

I put in an inquiry through the internet and was contacted by Simen Ho. He was very helpful and found the Accord I was looking for. He had the right deal so I drove from San Diego to Riverside. I got the car I wanted at the best price around. I recommend Simen to my father in law. He bought one too! My next car will be from Riverside Honda. more
