It turns out that over the years I've used them, they did not check (as promised) the reason my TPMS light kept coming on.

Amazing service 1/10/2014

I recently took my car in for a scheduled maintenance check; upon arriving I was quickly greeted by friendly staff. David is a trusted service advisor to not just me but my family as well. He is professional, extremely pleasant & helpful. When discussing any service needs with our cars may need my Aunt, Uncle, Cousins, & I are quick to say " Call David, he will take care of you!" During my most recent visit I asked for an approximate time frame on when my car would be ready for pick up; David called over to the techs to confirm a time frame before committing. That is just one example of David's commitment to servicing his clients & ensuring he can & will meet their expectations. Through establishing this trust I know I can rely on recommendations & commitments made by David. Thank you, David for your AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!! more

Excellent customer service 1/8/2014

I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Riverside Hyundai. To be honest, I was extremely hesitant to take my car into a dealer even if it was just to follow up on a recall. I've known dealerships/sales people to be extremely pushy in trying to get customers to buy things that they don't need and or want but the service I received there in Riverside was top notch. Everything was thoroughly explained before they took my car in and when I went to pick it up, not only had the recalls been taken care of, I even got a free car wash/vacuum! Esteban was the gentleman in Service who helped me. It's people like him who make being a Hyundai customer worth it. He went above and beyond my expectations, and because of the excellent customer service I received, I will definitely be coming back to Riverside Hyundai not only for any future issues, but EVERY TIME I need a routine service. Thanks again! more

Great customer service 1/6/2014

They fit us in even though we did not make an appointment in advance. In addition to the oil change they did a full check on our vehicle including the alignment. They took us to a nearby restaurant to get lunch and picked us up. The oil change was free since it was our first one. We were treated very well. more

Awesome Service Center!!! 11/12/2013

My service advisor was very friendly, thorough and attentive. The waiting room was large and comfortable with plenty of beverage choices and donuts too if you get there early enough! Only reason for 4 stars, not 5 is due to their computer problems causing my repair to take much longer than expected. Will definitely be hung back for my routine oil changes! more
