I couldn't have asked for a better experience at Riverside Hyundai. To be honest, I was extremely hesitant to take my car into a dealer even if it was just to follow up on a recall. I've known dealerships/sales people to be extremely pushy in trying to get customers to buy things that they don't need and or want but the service I received there in Riverside was top notch. Everything was thoroughly explained before they took my car in and when I went to pick it up, not only had the recalls been taken care of, I even got a free car wash/vacuum! Esteban was the gentleman in Service who helped me. It's people like him who make being a Hyundai customer worth it. He went above and beyond my expectations, and because of the excellent customer service I received, I will definitely be coming back to Riverside Hyundai not only for any future issues, but EVERY TIME I need a routine service. Thanks again!
