I LOVE Dr. Carreon! When my first son was born, we had intended to use the same pediatrician that my husband and I both had, who had given up hospital rights for family reasons.
But Dr. Carreon took such good care of our first son while he was in the hospital that we just decided to stay with her. And that was a wonderful decision. She now cares for both of my sons, and she does a magnificent job! Many doctors these days are just about getting in and out in order to see the most patients in a day. Dr. Carreon is not like that! She loves to stop into every room, take the time to interact with the children, no matter the age, even if it's a sibling's appointment. She's extremely personable and she is so funny! I wouldn't take my children anywhere else.
She even did an outpatient circumcision on my 2nd son, who was not born at the local hospital, even though I had been told by the hospital that a non-pediatric doctor would have to do it if it were an outpatient procedure.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again, I LOVE Dr. Carreon! I can't say enough good things about her!
