OMG the worst experience of my life! The receptionist has a horrid attitude and tried to tell me that to do a proper ""french"" you don't need to use a brush to clean the white lines. Then I asked for it ""american"" version, with pink in the center ONLY and stark-white tips. They had never done it before she said? They kept switching manicurists on me, then finally had to RE-DO the entire thing as it was shaky and horrid! DO NOT GO HERE> RIPOFF! Pros: NONE, NONE, NONE Cons: Vain Receptionist, Poor Service, Overpriced! more

Very unpleasant experience 7/26/2005

I was shocked by how rude the recepcionist was. I understand this is a high end business but that doesn't mean that customers should be treated disrespectfully. I could have easily become a regular customer but now I am sure I will not... although I am fortunate enough to afford the very high prices, I believe it's unacceptable to deal with a snooty recepcionist. more

Refreshing! 5/14/2005

This is a darling nail salon! The colors are clean and friendly and the bar idea makes for a great place to take girl friends and chat while getting your nails done. I really liked the cleanliness of the salon and stations. I did buy the nail care product and so far am very happy with it. My mom was also pleased with the results. I would recommend this salon, plus it is in a great location with several little coffee shops around. more

A Breath of Fresh Air 4/16/2005

This place is a breath of fresh air! The atmosphere is cheerfull and exceptionally clean. Technicians are friendly, professional, and use methods during your manicure and pedicure that are more sanitary and rarely used in typical shopping center nail salons. The price is a little more than average, but it is well worth it. I plan on becoming a regular! Pros: Clean, Professional Staff, Reasonable Price more

good manicures 9/28/2004

The manicures are pretty good, and are worth the money, but the pedicures are prettty average. You can get the same type of ""spa"" pedicure done at local salons for much less. They really, really try to get you to buy their products which I found kind of annoying. I mean if I had the time to do all that at home, why would I come in to get my nails done!! Pros: nice environment, good manicures Cons: , expensive, pressure to buy stuff more
