A recruiter with the first initial ""K"" called me to come in to interview, although I don't know why. The front desk blonde was bratty, the woman ""training"" her was very snotty and rude for no reason, and ""K"" was very unorganized and didn't know what he was doing. I would never recommend them to any employer. more

I recently got a temp job through this company, and when I told them that I no longer wanted to work for their client (because we were told that if we don't make certain goals then we all will be cut 'there were 9+ of us'), they got really upset at me, and had the nerve to tell me that I was quitting a job, and with the economy I wasn't going to be able to find another job, and that I wasn't going to be able to make money anywhere else (and one of the associates told me this over the phone! NO KIDDING), but that they didn't want me to be at a place that I didn't want to work.\r \r I sent them an email on Thursday, and they emailed me back today telling me that, "At this time, I don?t think we will be your best resource in your employment search." When they told me that I would still be on their active list.\r \r They are nothing but a headache, and I wouldn't go with them. more

I'm working at my DREAM job because of River City Staffing. They have the best folks working for them, and they'll help you out too. They're pretty cut and dry about weather or not they can place you or not. And, once you're placed, they'll lobby for you to get hired on if you're doing a great job! They don't mess around here. They will tell you right away where they can help you and place you. The jobs that they have are very Sacramento-Based, and they do great follow-up. They even are willing to help you after you are placed! A lot of temp companies advertise jobs that they don't have available. River City Staffing is NOT one of those places! more
