I really respect what this place strives to be.
They make their own ketchup and mustard in house.
You're a serious foodie is you're doing that.
The menu is bistro fare and we've enjoyed everything we've had there.
The beer selection is great, the wine selection not.
The servers have all been extremely friendly.
The one downside that moves Ritual from 5 to 4 stars is the wait for food.
It can be glacial at times -- like over 40 minutes to get a burger when it's not that busy.
As long as you're not in a rush, Ritual is a great place for a casual meal made by people who care.
