I have lived in Narberth for over 35 yrs and shopped at the Ardmore Rite Aid until Narberth opened however I have never ever experienced such horrible customer service starting from the grumpy cashiers, miserable useless pharmacists, right down to the unprofessional manager. I will not capitalized any of their titles as they do not deserve a job let alone a title. I'm not talking about one or two visits. I'm talking about all my visits. I'm in the medical field and deal with people from every field. I would not have a job if I treated people the way this store deals with their customers. I will go out of my way not to shop at this store from now on. I have heard the same remarks from my neighbors.. What a disgrace..... Move on.......... I had to rate it one star, not by choice... more

A bad experience 9/18/2009

Why people go to "chain" stores is beyond me....You wait forever for a prescription to be filled, and the customer service is bad....As health care providers, this chain does not provide health care...I will transfer my prescriptions to a local independent pharmacy ASAP!!!!! Pros: none Cons: slow, slow, slow more
