I am sad to say that I am probably going to be changing pharmacies. Their staff are really not the friendliest, and I was surprised at how many people were behind the counter, yet avoided eye contact knowing I was at the pickup counter for a good few minutes. My prescription had been called in by my doctor 2 days prior, yet it was not filled. I spoke with two different female pharmacists who told me to come back in 10 minutes because it wasn't ready yet. I came back, and upon reaching the pickup counter again, was avoided by at least 5 different pairs of eyes, including the two women who had helped me previously. It took a different person to come up and ask me what I was picking up-- with the two women standing right next to him (knowing exactly what I was there for!).\r
They are simply lazy and not customer service oriented... With SO many other pharmacies in the area, including another Rite Aid, why would I bother continuing to go to this one?\r
Message to manager: Get your pharmacists on par with customer service. Nobody should wait at the pickup counter (alone) with several people behind the counter literally avoiding eye contact. DO YOUR JOB.
