We LOVE Molly Maid!! We have worked with Molly Maid for the last several months. Over the winter my husband deployed to Afghanistan. We have five children, ages 10 months to 11 years. Three of our children have special needs that require frequent doctor and therapy appointments. Molly Maid stepped in during the deployment to support our household needs. Through the difficult winter they arrived on time and on schedule, never skipping even a single visit despite snow and ice shutting down other businesses. \r \r The work Molly Maid has done in our home has been thorough, focused, and detailed. After they have visited the house smells and looks wonderful! The faucets shine and the toilet paper is neatly folded. If we are home during the cleaning visit, Molly Maid professionals are considerate of my children and have a friendly attitude. Mr. Reilly, the franchise manager, has offered outstanding customer service ensuring our home cleaning needs are met in a consistent and timely manner. \r \r I highly recommend Molly Maid both for their outstanding cleaning efficiency and for their fantastic customer service. Molly Maid remains our first choice for our cleaning needs. more

I decided to give Molly maid a try as my schedule has been hectic and I just wanted to come home a clean home.... Well the first time they came and did an estimate to continue the services I was quite pleased. However, once I said I would like to continue the services, things changed. On the subsequent clean the ONLY areas of my house to be touched were the kitchen (however they did not clean the floors), dining area and living room. No bathrooms, no bedrooms...not even a thing on my upper floor! Essentially, they lured me in then backed off on the quality. \r \r After this experience, I do not trust Molly Maid and would not recommend them to anyone. The bottom line, pass on Molly Maid. more

The office was helpful and friendly, they got the girls out to me in a timely manner. I have to say at first I was shocked when the girls showed up, I was excpecting t-shirts and sweats like I normally see, but they came to my home dressed in striped button up shirts and pants, they were very neat and polished looking. They came in and greeted me and got right to work, they were effecient and respectful. When the job was done I have to say it was the best clean I have ever recieved from a cleaning company, I will use them again in the future.
