I came to one store to buy 3 pieces of same one item. Store had only one qty that i bought. I was told i can go to another store and pick 2 more and they will honor 25% on all 3 items totalling min. $20.
Went to your quince orchard blvd store, found 2 more items. Pharmacy section people were idle with no line, they refused to help saying they dont handle non pharmacy stuff, went to front, also idle, they refuse to honor coupon saying they could not accept return and buy and sell back item just bought from another branch minutes back, to make total three item purchase since that one has yo go back to that store...i told them rite aid is a national large chain, not different mom pop small franchises...they said it is store policy... i have been buying here for 15 plus years and other national stores for 40 plus years... never experienced this nonsensicle nonfriendly store policy unless riteaid is getting ready to go bankrupt ... i guess i should no more step in rideaid...and other old customers also find other alternatives...
