I've been seeing Dr Wong for some time and have found him to be an excellent physician. I don't understand the people who are complaining about long waits - it has never happened to me. I notice some of those entries are several years old. Perhaps the office has changed procedures. Dr Wong is thorough, empathic and well informed. I recommend him without reservation. more

Unless you have an unlimited amount of time to waste waiting for a doctor who acts as if he is meeting you for the first time, every time you see him, don't place your trust in this doctor or his office staff. I was seeing this doctor on a regular basis and received a $10 ""bill"" for partial co-pay. The statement was impossible to understand (a fact to which the office manager aggreed) and at one point received a very nasty letter threatining to send me to COLLECTIONS. For a $10 bill? When I called the office to get an explanation I suggested that they could just as easily called me to facilitate resolving this huge $10 and their attitude was ""We just don't have time to call about billing issues. Fast forward about 10 months and I called to make an appointment for follow up and was told that because there was a note in my file that said I was not satisfied, the doctor would no longer see me. So the bottom line is, If you and your health are worth more than $10, go find a doctor that really cares about you. BTW...I NEVER had an appointment at this office that I didn't have to wait 45 minutes to an hour after my scheduled appointment time to see this doctor. more

4 people standing around talking about how there computer system sucks. The ""Dr."" looked away from his laptop and at me twice. Walked out of room twice for reasons unknown. No hellos, No goodbyes, I cant believe this practice is in business. My appointment was at 3:30 and was told to show up 30 minutes early to fill out paper work. Did not see the ""Dr."" until 4:45. Two prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy but were not sent. Was literally talkeds down to when I asked about the meds the next day. Do not go to this Ritchie Wong, You are a dollar sign walking into his door. more

Dr. Wong is by far the worst doctor I have ever had. He is extremely unfriendly, unprepared, pushes off matters requiring another vist, misdiagnoses, and constantly running behind schedule. He behaves as if I am wasting his time and he has something better to do. My last visit with the doctor was 8/2010 and he saw me 1 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment time. Last visit was the worse as he asked if I have had xrays yet(back issue). I advise the doctor we had discussed my xrays two weeks ago. The doctor had a complete blank look on his face. I asked the doctor if he had reviewed the status report from the physical therapist and he responded no. I had brought my own copy and asked if he would like to review my copy. The same response, no. So, how can Dr.Wong properly evalulate my condition if he doesnt review his notes or status reports.Do yourself a favor and choose another doctor. more

Dr. Wong has been my Doctor for the last few years. I am very comfortable around him. His office staff and Back office assistant are great. They are always flexible with appointments. Sometimes there is a long wait time but he is one person and see's a lot of people. His medical assistant is great too, the only person I will allow to draw my blood. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a new Doctor. Pros: Straight to the point more

Dr. Wong is thorough and kind but his office staff is uncooperative and unfriendly. They made us wait an hour for a copy of a 1 page test result while they helped younger people right away:0( more

Wait time can be significant, but that is because Dr. Wong is thorough and careful. He is very attentive to preventive care as well as diagnostic. Return visits are scheduled as follow-ups, and he monitors progress when required, which has proven to be important in my case. Dr. Wong is extremely knowledgeable regarding cutting edge studies and treatments, and does not ""diagnose from the hip"" as many MD's are prone to do. He is very cognizant of patient costs and insurance issues, and open to discussing insurance issues as appropriate. He is all business, however...not unfriendly in any sense, just very unemotional and professional. Undoubtedly, all of the above is why he has so many patients in his practice. The staff is not very helpful you wait for long long periods of time and then he just sees you and tells you to come back again and again. My insurance said they have had complaints over him as well. He just pushes everything off and schedules visit after visit. I would only recommend him to my worst enemy. Cons: wait times, call backs, misdiagnoses, constant visits and drawn out diagnosis' more

Dr. Wong is fabulous, although the wait times are typically very long. Knowing that going in helps. The best time to get in an dout quickly is usually at the start or the very end of the day. Office staff is efficient and professional, but not really very friendly. Back office staff is caring, competent and friendly. more

This doc is top notch. He genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. Don't mistake his straightforwardness for maliciousness, as he doesn't sugar coat the truth. Pros: Great Doctor! Cons: Office Staff cold, wait times can be slightly high. more
