I have been going to Ritacca for about 3 years now. I recently had a chemical peel there and I could not believe the results! My wrinkles literally peeled off with this treatment. My husband could not stop looking at me and complimenting me! I can't wait to go back and get another one! The staff is very professional and really takes the time to make sure you are relaxed and comfortable. I have a great comfort level knowing that I am in good hands when I go to Ritacca. more

Thank you Ritacca Laser Center for being so awesome!!! I recently had a minor procedure done at the Ritacca Laser Center and I look 10 years younger. I had many questions before and after my procedure so I would like to THANK the staff at the Ritacca Laser Center for going out of your way to make sure my questions were answered. I now feel pretty and I look pretty!!! The staff from the receptionists, to the nurses & doctors are the most caring I have ever met. Thank you to the expertise of the staff for helping me feel better about my appearance & making the aging process easier. I have learned that there are many way to feel better about my appearance without having major surgery. At Ritacca Laser Center I was given a breakdown of costs up front. I have been a client at Ritacca for over three years. I have consistently had positive experiences at the center. I can also be confident that no matter what the procedure, it will be done correctly. I have also had situations that required further clarification, and have always experienced a quick response. Furthermore, the staff at Ritacca goes out of their way to get my questions answered. I had a situation when I did not have an appointment with Dr. Parungao, but had questions regarding procedures and the staff was able to fit me in to see him that same day. When I go to Ritacca I can always be confident that it will be a very pleasant experience. Everyone is always kind and professional. I can also be assured that I will not have to wait very long to be seen, which is extremely important to me since I work full-time, live an hour away from Ritacca, and have three small children. I think the people at the Ritacca Laser Center are the most talented and CARING people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. From the receptionists, who are very sweet, personable and caring~ to the expertise of the doctors, nurses, and clinicians. Their most important goal is that the patient is happy about whatever work they choose to have done. The Ritacca people know which procedure will suit the client/patient who has no idea what they want to have done. Your wishes may simply be to feel better about your appearance and now there are so many ways to do this without having major surgery. These excellent people are on top of all the new procedures and can explain exactly what these procedures are and if it is appropriate for you and the results you are looking for. There is always an expert that can answer your concerns and questions. I have received knowledgeable and caring guidance by everyone I have talked to. "I would like these results~ what would you suggest?" This is probably the question they hear the most. The second question is probably "How much is it going to cost?" You are told upfront about cost depending on what you want done- no surprises. And if you can't afford one thing, there is always something you can afford. The bottom line is this- I have never met so many caring, nice, knowledgeable people under one roof. I have total confidence in them because The Ritacca Laser Center is MUCH MORE than just a business, they honestly love what they are doing and care about the people the help. more
