The staff at Ritacca from the moment I went for a consulatition were very professional and courteous. I was greeted with a smile then, and as I continue to visit for treatments. Dr. Lu was my surgeon and Anna his assistant. They were informative, honest, sincere and awesome! When visiting a doctor's office I am usually anxious. On my visits, Dr. Lu and Anna made me feel at ease. Dr. Lu took the time to explain pre-op and post-op concerns. When I had a minor complication, he was available to see me without reservation. Now I am back for another procedure with Dr. Lu. Again, he is very compassionate and as always Anna is simply wonderful. I will gladly refer anyone to Ritacca and of course Dr. Lu!! more

Not only are they the Proto-Type for any Physician's Office but they set the standard for any business operation. The pinnacle of professionalism. Not only were they honest about what I did need and more importantly didn't need, I was given detail about every option, they took time to answer every question I had. They quickly develop a personal connection. Ana and April were amazing, educated and succinct. Dr. Ritacca gave his time and answered questions, never seemed hurried or impatient. I just went in for coolsculpting of the lower abs two weeks ago and was very disappointed in the lack of information I was given prior to the day of my procedure. No one told me I'd have piercing needle pains in my abs for over a week. No one told me my tummy would swell so much I'd look 5-6 months pregnant. No one told me I would have severe sensitivity in my ab area so that I would not be able to sleep for several nights. I was told a few minutes just prior to my procedure that I might have swelling, bruising and needle-like symptoms 3-4 days after the procedure. What I got was all of the above and worse starting from day one. I would have been better prepared if I knew more about the side effects and post procedure effects if someone gave me time to mentally prepare for all the discomfort well before, not on the day of. Not happy at all about this and I doubt I will do much else at this office. My trust is shattered. more
