Great food, I have been to Ristorante Italiano many times and enjoyed the experience each one. The food is fresh and the atmosphere is calm and relaxed. I highly recommend it.

Great Italian cuisine 7/23/2008

I went to Ristorante Italiano for my birthday and really enjoyed the food and ambiance. I had some great stuffed shells - delicious! I think everyone else enjoyed their meals as well, though some were full from bread and salad by the time the main course came. Great drinks, very friendly and accomodating staff, fair prices. more

One of the nicer restaurants in SC 11/22/2006

I was becoming somewhat jaded with the restaurants in Santa Cruz, believing there weren't really any places to get decent food. My girlfriend lives right near Ristorante Italiano so we gave it a try. Their atmosphere is very warm and inviting, with dim lights and private booths. I had the seafood linguini and it was very tasty. Their iced tea was decent as well. I'd definitely come back. more

yummy italian food close to home 11/21/2006

I had a night out with my boyfriend here. It was pretty good italian food. It wasn't crowded, the dining room was very nice and well decorated. I got the spaghetti margherita; it was pretty good! The service was great and the server was very friendly and nice. Pros: good service; great atmosphere more
