just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our purchase. I was very nervous ordering this important dress over the internet, but I have to say it is perfect. We tried to get the dress from several shops in our area, but no one could get the size or color in the time we needed it. LOVE IT! 6/1/2011

I had my sweet 16 recently and the first place I went to look for a dress was Rissy Roos!! I love it so so much and always find a gorgeous dress. I had gotten a Sherri Hill dress and it is my favorite dress ever! One of my best friends ans I always going to Rissy Roos as our first place to find dresses and we always find one that fits us perfectly! I couls not have been more happy about the dress and it made my sweet 16 even better from all the compliments I was getting! i love Rissy Roos and they will be seeing my best friend and I A LOT more for our future parties and events! :) more

ARROGANT Staff; Poor Service; Costume like Products 5/9/2011

Awful expereince - hold themselves out on the internet to carry an enormous selection of dresses. This is a lie as the only dresses that they have are one more suited for a costume rental store. They do not have the space in the store to carry the dresses that they claim to have. The staff is rude and arrogant and offer no help or service other than an attitude more

Fabulous Dress 5/5/2011

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! We ordered the dress on Monday; it was shipped on Tuesday and we received it on Thursday! Whew..what a great transaction! We ordered the Alfred Angelo #3160 in precious metal. The dress is fabulous and my daughter Maggie loves it!! Since this is her senior year she wanted something really special for her prom and this dress is definitely IT! We will absolutely keep your store in mind when ordering formals for other occasions! more

Awesome every step of the way 4/6/2011

Thank you so much for the beautiful dress. My daughter was late for school yesterday and just by chance the UPS driver delivered the dress 30min before we walked out the door. Not only is it a perfect fit and awesome color but she can now where it to two events instead of one. We had a bad experience with another company who never sent us our order and never even bothered to contact us. Whoever handled our order was awesome every step of the way and your company came through ten fold! more

I came to your store to buy my prom dress and I absolutely loved it. I was browsing around your website and I noticed you guys have pictures of your customers in their dresses. Since I dont see any of the girls with the dress that I purchased I thought it would be nice to share some of my pictures with you that way future customers could see how nice your dresses are! rude & arrogant service - a very poor experience 3/28/2011

The store only carries a fraction of the dresses that it holds itself out to carry on the internet. The products are more costume like.The employees are arrogant and rude and do not assist you. They will do anything for a sale and tell you that you look great in a dress when it is not even close to looking good. I would advise all to do business elsewhere. more

The funniest part of it for us is that my daughter and I, while looking for her prom dress, came across your website. Her name is also Marissa and I have always called her Rissy Roo!!! When we went to your website, it even looked like something my Marissa would have, pink , girly ,and pretty!!
