Held load hostage - Demanded Payment before releasing goods 3/1/2012

I wish I could give this company a negative 100 stars. The company also goes by 4P Inc and MBP Services Inc. Had a load that was supposed to deliver last Friday to San Francisco from Chicago. Was given the run around, given the wrong driver information on many occassions and excuse after excuse. Finally filed a stolen truck report with the poilce on Monday. Truck finally showed up today -6 days late. They pulled into my customers lot, demanding payment before they released the goods. Terrible terrible terrible company. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience with a trucking company. Please at all costs stay away! more

Applemarket in Flemingsburg Kentucky 1/3/2012

Hi my name is Reva Boston i am the manager of a Shell location called applemarket. We are located in Flemingsburg, Ky 41041 phone number is 606-845-4100. You had a driver stop and get diesel and had a fleet one card the date was 12/31/2011. My cashier got confused and cashed out the reciept and ran it wrong i am desperately trying to contact you for some information. Your driver purchased 300.00 worth of diesel and i have to have his information in order to process payment on the card. Most Dishonest Carrier EVER! 11/1/2011

They did not deliver as promised and charged a premium price. When they arrived at the delivery site - 3 days late, they insisted on being paid before they would open the truck door. They were never honest regarding the location of the driver. A call placed to the owner of the company was useless. more
