Poor Service Dept. I had my brakes fixed. Paid $700. Back brake overheated very bad smell when brakes are burning. Went back to dealer, mechanic drove it a mile and said it was OK. Back brakes still burning. Very poor gas milage. Went back again and they fixed it at another $250. No appologies, acted like they didn't care. I might buy another Ford but not while I live in Hot Springs and need to rely on them to fix it. Hope you have better luck. more

Riser Ford Lincoln Mercury is located on Central Avenue, about one mile from the by pass. They offer a wide selection of Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury cars, trucks, vans, and suvs. Be sure to check out the used car selection, they stock only good clean used cars, most of them are demos. Not a pushy sales staff, they supply you with the knowledge to make the right decision. more
