Poor Service Dept. I had my brakes fixed. Paid $700. Back brake overheated very bad smell when brakes are burning. Went back to dealer, mechanic drove it a mile and said it was OK. Back brakes still burning. Very poor gas milage. Went back again and they fixed it at another $250. No appologies, acted like they didn't care. I might buy another Ford but not while I live in Hot Springs and need to rely on them to fix it. Hope you have better luck.
