My family loves souffles and these did not disappoint. They entrees perfectly prepared and I certainly would go back, especially for the Marshmallow Soup. To die for. We found the chocolate souffle to not be sweet at all. Since everything is made to order, I am wondering if they didn't put in sugar? Why am I not giving it a higher review? The service/experience. \r

We arrived and were told there was a 30 minute wait. That is fine. A party our size walks in 5 minutes behind us and it is obvious they are regulars. They ask if there is a table for 4 available and they were seated right away. I know a lot of restaurants do this to keep their regulars happy, but it is a practice I do not care for. The fact is, just because it is my first time, I could be a regular in the making, so don't treat me like a second class citizen. \r

I also didn't care for the fact that when they tell you the specials, they do not tell you the price. Some of their specials (crab souffle, lobster souffle, etc) are significantly higher than what is regularly on the menu. So, be careful. \r

Lastly, I felt I was being sold to the entire time. From the VERY strong encouragement to buy appetizers, to informing us several times that everything there (from the glasses to the chandelier) is for sale, to describing every plate, glass and book we could see (hoping we would buy it), I felt like I was eating dinner in a high pressure sales environment. This restaurant is NOT cheap.....dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids was $150 with tip and we had NO alcohol......and I don't want to feel pressured to spend more. Quite frankly, for a high end restaurant with even higher end prices, it is a very tacky practice.\r

Would I go back? Most likely, because the food was wonderful. I would just tell the server from the beginning to not do the whole sales spiel. \r
