This is the worst practice in the Upstate. Piedmont Ob Gyn is the Ryans Steakhouse of Ob practices. You are a number if you are lucky. Terrible staff running like Stepford Wives. The doctors here are good, although they always seem to be rushed and not interested in you or the care of your baby. Please check around before choosing Piedmont. I have been going to this doctors office for about 6 year.and the care i get from all the staff is great..but i have to say my favorits are dr keller and dr moore ,, dr keller delivered 2 of my boys .. and she made you feel good , she takes that exter mile for you.. and holds your hand if their something wrong.. she one of them doctors that you can say you feel like you have a friend..and dr moore got to delivered my last one ,and he was just excited to be their as i was.. he was great .. they make you understand everything that is going on.. these two doctor should get some kind of award .. the best doctor award .. anyway .. i like the office they all care . amy brown more

I have been a patient of Dr. Moore's ever since I have lived in Greenville. I was referred to him by a friend and I have been very happy with him as my physician. I have never had a complaint about the nurses in the office on highway 14 and I have overall been very pleased with my experience. Dr. Moore is extremely competant and the thing I love about him most is that I think he goes above and beyond taking every precaustion necessary. I would recommend this office - I don't use the Farris Rd. office but only because it is so far from where I live. more

I've been a patient with this practice for seven years and I am working on baby #3. I have good experiences for the most part. I think the wait time is very minimal. In 7 years, I have only had 1 long wait time. Not too bad for a doctor's office. I've seen every doctor in the practice and they are all good. i've had two previous c-sections and recovered very well. So I'd say these doctors are good surgeons too! I have had one minor dissapointment with one of the doctors but one bad experience is wiped out by many good! I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Although the doctor wasn't half bad (not the greatest either) the office staff was terrible. I have never had such bad experiences in a doctors office before. Each time I walked in the door they didn't know who I was or why I was there. Each nurse that got my chart acted like I was just a number not a person. They just took my weight or whatever their job was and had no personal interaction with me at all. I got charged for things I shouldn't have been charged for. A 5 minutes talk on a different topic during a regularly scheduled appointment should not cost me $100. I felt every time I was there they were holding a contest to see how many different line items they could put up on my bill and get the insurance not to pay for. The entire staff was rude and rushed. Avoid this place at all costs there are better practices around. Pros: None that I found Cons: Everything about it more

These doctors delivered my first 3 children. Wasn't very happy with doctors or nurses with my last child and considered changing practices halfway through my pregnancy. I made an appointment - first right after lunch - and it still took them 45 min to call me out of the waiting room, I couldn't be seen because the appointment was to take more than an hour and I only had 1/2 hour left. Took them another 15 min to reschedule the appointment and I couldn't be seen for another 2 months. This appointment was for an initial pregnancy visit, and I would have been 4 months along before they could see me. I spent an hour at the office with absolutely nothing but a lot of frustration - mostly on the part of the receptionists/secretaries. Pros: ?? Cons: rude, non-communicative receptionists, terrible wait...they came back late from lunch! more
