Good: The food is okay, although not as good as many of the other Mexican restaurants in the area. You can certainly find a more authentic ethnic restaurant without looking too hard.. Bad: The Rio is known (and almost legendary) for it's strong Margaritas, which they limit to 3 per guest. But, I am afraid this is part of the problem. These strong Margs attract a loud and obnoxious party crowd. Do not expect a nice night out with the family at the Rio.. Improvements: Limit the capacity, even if it means a longer line at the door. If you go into the Rio on a weekend night, you can barely get up out of your seat and walk to the bathroom without fighting a mob of people and trying to "squeeze" through crowds of frat boys and sorority girls..
