The only thing worse than horrible service is a manager that doesn't take a customer's concern seriously. It took a half hour for the waitress to deliver our drinks to the table another half hour to get our appetizers (both were ordered at the same time and one of the appetizer was chips and salsa), we had to get up to ask for plates and silverware then dinner came out within 5 minutes of the appetizers. The bill was over $100.00 and Kelly;s (Manager on duty) idea of making this right was to send a gift card. It took almost a month to receive the card and it was for $10.00. I would not recommend this place at all unless you really are not concerned with service more

Yeah! The food has some soul again and the lively spirit is back in the place. Thank heaven & earth they said good riddens to that ""manager."" Plus, they finally have a Happy Hour for everyone. Went there a few times in the last year after we moved to the area and it was great - lively atmosphere, great food and everyone was very friendly. Returned after a break of a few months and now the prices are through the roof and the food is well below average. Place seemed ""down"" as well with no happy buzz like it used to have. more

Used to be terrible, then great and now back to worse than terrible. When it used to be bad at least you got an apology or a complimentary drink while you waited up to 2 hours for your order - now NOTHING. more

Yes, it used to be SoSo and locals would simply not risk it and stayed away. Then Gabe took over (as other reviewers have noted) and it became incredible - one of the best in Colorado. We have been there three times, twice for dinner and once for brunch. I have eaten almost everywhere in the world and I can say it doesnt get better than this. This restaurant is a hidden gem. Gabe Gallegos (chef) food is among the best in this state. We recomend the sea scallops and the New York steak. On one of our visits they served a Snapper with spinach, gnochi and chive emulsion, it was superb. The only word I have for the place is outstanding. Pros: Excellent food, Good service more

Hungry, entertaining guests, looking for an evening out or just curious about SOHO of Evergreen? Skip it! This place is a joke. Locals named it SoSo a few years back. They introduce ""new chefs"" to get the locals to try it again- the reason it is still there. If you get your food before 2hrs you'll experience small, over cooked portions hidden under an abundance of fancy garnishes - and at 5'7"" / 115lbs, I don't expect a lot of food to begin with so trust me, the portion is small. We were drinking premium drinks and when the server asked if he could get us one on the house(for waiting 2hrs for our food), he swapped them with the low end cheap stuff. Nice try. I loved my experience here. I had the prime rib (which was cooked to perfection). They have great wines and desserts. The atmosphere was so cozy with dim lighting and fireplaces. Service was wonderful. It was pretty expensive so I would only go to this place for special occasions, but the food was well worth the price.
