Rino's Pizza

I have been eating at this restaurant once a month or more since I moved into the neighborhood five years ago. I have ordered take out from it at least as often during the same period. It was once an excellent restaurant. Service has simply become terrible to a point where I will no longer eat here or order from this restaurant. Been going here for 30+ years and it has recently gone downhill. Right after we were seated today, everyone in our family noticed that our eyes were burning. We were seated near the kitchen and the fans in the dining room were bringing the air out of the kitchen. When the waitress showed up, she noticed it also. She said they were cutting onions in the kitchen and then she disappeared after taking our order. Service was terrible. My wife never got her salad. Kids food was overdone and left under the heating light for too long since our waitress was MIA. We left right after the food was served as we could no longer take the burning fumes coming from the kitchen. I had to ask another waiter for some carry out boxes and the check. I mentioned to the manager about the fumes and the fact that we had to pack up and leave early. Got a half hearted apology and a blank stare. We paid and left. I will not be going back. Rino's is great for families and those who appreciate a good Italian meal. I have never been disappointed with anything I have had here. The atmosphere may not be fancy, but the food is so good that you feel like you are eating at a 4 star restaurant. You have the option of ordering homemade pasta on some of the dishes and it is very good. more

If you love hot wings this is the place for you. There are none like them anyplace I have been. Their pasta dishes are excellent. portions are generous. Service is prompt. and if you go on the weekend you might get lucky and get one of their homemade cream pufs. Pros: quality, value, delicious more

Besides the diverse menu, the good food, and neighborhood charm - Rino's is an all-around great choice for everyone. Great for couples, families, and groups of friends - the service is great and for the most part really friendly. Although I am not in the area anymore, whenever I come back to visit friends we always end up here. Pros: good service, diverse menu more

I don't live in West Chester anymore, but when I'm in the neighborhood I try to stop by Reno's for their buffalo chicken cheesesteak...it is the best!
