Delight Cheap Eats Japanese 2/22/2007

If you are looking for a great authentic Japanese place, Riki is a great place to have a tapas style Japanese dinner. The prices all very reasonable with small plates being under $10. The entrees are also very reasonable with most being under $15. I had the omu-rice which was good but a little too ketchupy. The soup/ramen entrees are delicious. Overall, this place is very authentic and frequented by many Japanese people. The service is a bit rushed as I guess they seem to turn tables quickly but, they are polite about it. Innovative Japanese based food, but service... 8/10/2006

Food and drink is not cheap, but reasonable for this part of town. The staff was somewhat less than on-the-ball. Polite? Oh yes! They're Japanese. Efficient? Well... a little less Japanese: Pros: Innovative food, good for groups, polite staff Cons: need reservation, staff slightly flakey more
