Right At Home

Right at Home and their staff have done a terrific job providing homecare services for my father. My family and I are very pleased with the care and service he is receiving. The level of attention is excellent. From the meals prepared, housekeeping, monitoring of medications and overall supervision, the care has be outstanding. Right at Home's staff has made my father feel very secure, as all of us kids live out of town and are unable to be with him as much as we'd like to be. Prior to using Right at Home, we used a different homecare agency here in Colorado Springs and had many concerns; especially integrity, scheduling, and communication issues. Since we started working with Right at Home nearly 6 years ago, my father's health and overall spirit has been elevated tremendously. Thank you Right at Home. Pros: Outstanding communication and the drive to make sure everything is perfect. Cons: Not the cheapest in town. Not the most expensive. But definitely the best. more

Mr. Terry canceled services to our deaf/blind autistic sons less than two hours before a caregiver was to come after a month of service without explanation and did not show at a meeting to explain said reason.\r \r To date I have no explanation as to why. more
