Thorough, Prompt, Clean and Courteous. 3/16/2017

We have had Justin from RIGHTIME come and provide our yearly service calls for our A/C and Heater twice now and each time it's been a pleasure. He explains thoroughly, what he is doing and why, he patiently shows us how to change out our filters, and I can't say enough good things about this very capable employee. Today Chris was with him, training... Equally polite and eager to learn. Justin certainly knows his stuff and I'm sure Chris is learning well. Thanks! more

great service 3/14/2017

From start to finish the job was done very professionally. I was pleasantly surprised to get my initial call back on a Sunday evening to set up an appointment to replace my ac/heat thermostat. Appointment set for the next day and I received a call about 3 hours before the appointment asking if I would allow them to come early as they finished early at their last appointment. Technician was very knowledgeable and tested both the thermostat and flow valve. Both were bad. Technician was able to fix the flow valve quickly and ordered the "special" thermostat for our system was back the next day to install and our system was back running great. more

Had a great Experience with the customer service here. Everyone is very profesional, very helpful the girls that speak Spanish they are very professional, English being my second language is hard sometimes for me to communicate and Selin helped me tell her what I needed. We have had RighTime Home Services out to service our new HVAC system twice a year since we bought it 5 years ago. Justin, the service technician, did a remarkable job. He came at the time agreed upon, and immediately got to work doing the regular maintenance on the AC. He was readily available to answer any questions we had, and was very personable. Incite to the condition of our HVAC system 4/7/2016

I needed to have our HVAC system checked out for the coming of warmer temps. Michael provided me with good information about the condition of our system. Besides the age but also noted a few things that had not been properly done when the system was new installed 19 years ago. Which actually explained why the A/C never seemed the be functioning properly, and I always thought it to be of improper size. Thank you for your time Michael and education about my HVAC system. more

ARS San Diego 10/22/2015

For the last 8 years ARS has serviced my Trane heating and A/C unit. I recently added the air scrubber. I have found their Technicians to be curteous, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them more

Approximately 8 years ago I purchased a Trane Heating and A/C unit. Every 6 months sinse then ARS has been doing my maintainance. This past April i also installed an air scrubber. I have found the technicians to be courteous, professional and highly qualified to take care of my system. more
