Than to live in the Ridges. I lived there for approx 2 years, and when I moved out they tacked over $2500 on my credit for 'carpet and linoleum replacement' which I informed them that the kitchen and bathroom floors looked like they had been sliced with a blade and burned with a cigarette, and they ignored it. I also informed them of many other problems, such as a cracked shower stall floor, leaky window, dishwasher that ran for HOURS, (literally, i went to bed one night and started the dishwasher, and got up the next AM and it was still running!) and various other issues which all went unnoticed. I finally got a new dishwasher after speaking with the head of maintenance personally, and let him see what was going on, and he put int he work order for me. The apt mgr was one of the meanest people I'd ever met in a professional setting. I've never seen anyone hate their job so much, and take it out on the residents. Sometimes I even thought after I'd dropped my rent check in the night depository, she would say she 'didnt get it yet' days after I'd paid it, and then I would end up with late payment charges. This apartment complex is probably the worst in Cabarrus county. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!
