I'd look elsewhere for service if I were you. I made an appt that they no-showed for. The after hours tech that called me back after my missed appointment was very gracious, but in speaking with the receptionist she blamed the no show on me, was very rude and couldn't care less that I had missed 2.5 hours of work/pay for their mistake. She claimed to have called me but I couldn't be reached which is untrue. I like to give our money to people who care, and these people don't. more

Good work Nice people 6/14/2011

I have been with them since 2006 and was referred by a friend. I haven't been sorry since because i have a real old AC and they keep it going. Some places would hound you to get a new unit but not them. They said if i need one, tell them. When they work on mine, it is fixed when they leave. more
