The best prime rib I've had in Rochester. I highly recommend trying it.

Worst

I won't go through the whole thing but know that their customer service is atrocious and the manager then tried to lie when we asked to speak to his supervisor.

Amazing place for events! 2/28/2012

We had a party at Rick's Prime Rib House and it was a huge hit! Everyone had an amazing time and definitely enjoyed the food. The cake was INCREDIBLE and we will definitely be in for dinner soon! more

Rick's Prime Rib has a great buffet that I've had when my company has functions held there. The food is always amazing and the staff are warm and friendly. I've been a long time costumer and have recommended them to everyone I know. -Gary more

Great Night at Rick's Prime Rib 9/28/2011

Amazing on the biggest day of my life! 8/15/2011

We are still being complimented on out wedding, more specifically ho great the food was at our reception. Besides the food, which was incredible, the beautiful atmosphere and the exceptional staff, everything you all did was perfect. We cant thank Rick's Prime Rib House enough for all of your expertise, professional advice, and willingness to work with our menu and fantastic recommendations. Great time at Rick's Prime Rib! The service was great, anything I needed the service was on top of, and they were very friendly. I know it's a steak house, but the chicken was the best thing I ate! All and all it was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend it to anyone. -Dave E. more

#1 Place in Rochester for Mother's Day Brunch! 3/25/2011

I couldn't have asked for more with your Mother's Day Brunch this past year at Rick's Prime Rib!! We enjoyed so many of buffets and brunches over the past years but honestly none of them has ever had such a wonderful variety of selections as you did this year! Each buffet had so many terrific choices to choose from. It was also very well organized with choices of entrees, lunch and dessert! We never felt rushed and we didn't feel cramped in like some other places do we have been to in the past. THE FOOD WAS PLENTIFUL AND DELICIOUS!! Everything was great and I'd highly recommend going to Rick's Prime Rib for any day of the week! - Christine L. more

#1 Prime Rib House in Rochester New York! 3/25/2011

I just had to write about my experience last night as Rick's Prime Rib on Buffalo Road in Rochester truly went above and beyond! We had such a wonderful evening and we really felt at home. They really made our celebration extra special with their Friday Features. In addition to just the lunch and dinner menus they have something for everyone: veal, seafood, chicken, lamb, steak and pasta. Oh yes..and then the rib...16oz-44oz cuts of their signature Rick's prime rib with their special seasonings and au jus!! Needless to say the food was EXCELLENT and way to much! The service was great, everyone was so personable. We really had a great time! I can't wait for our next reservation at Rick's Prime Rib House! - Carol & Cliff F. more

My company used Rick's Prime Rib for our annual Christmas party and they did a wonderful job. The presentation of the food was beautiful, and the service that was provided was excellent. Ok for meetings 10/16/2008

I have been here for business meetings and it is ok. The food is typically buffet style and it is fair. The beef is usually very rare, but the waitress was kind enough to have the cook throw it on the grill for us. more
