The best prime rib I've had in Rochester. I highly recommend trying it.

Worst

I won't go through the whole thing but know that their customer service is atrocious and the manager then tried to lie when we asked to speak to his supervisor.

Friday Fish 4/27/2019

The food is usually very good as is the wait staff, at least when the owner is on site. When the owner is not present, like last nite, Friday, water and bread are forgotten and our waitress disappeared for nearly 20 minutes and I had to go to the bar for an additional drink. more

Excellent Food, Enjoyable Music, Wonderful Staff 11/22/2010

My husband and I recently celebrated our 2nd year of marriage at Rick's Prime Rib House and we had a great time. The food was excellent. They gave us a delicious "Anniversary dessert" and we were so full that we took it home and it lasted for 3 more days! Everytime we get into this time of year we always look forward to eating at Rick's. The food is great, the music is very enjoyable and the staff is wonderful! Rick's Prime Rib House 11/22/2010

Rick's Prime Rib House really made my husband's birthday party a very memorable success. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very gracious and helpful in planning the event. The staff set up the table beautifully. The servers also did an excellent job. The food was very good, served in at timely manner to all in the large party. The service was prompt but never rushed. All of this added to the joy of the celebration. Thank you to all involved! - Barbara W more

ricks prime rib i wouldn't recommend it 12/1/2006

well over all i think the place needs alot of work it was not a very enjoyable experience the dinning area is to small and i felt very cramped,it was also very dark and hard to see anything so it pretty much ruined any attempt at having a nice atmosphere. the waitresses seemed very inpayshient and they did not put any care into there service well onto the food, i personally think it was not that great first of all there menu selection is pretty small and limited, i had a there jr. rib cut it was a nice big cut but there is to much fat on there rib cuts and well i really don't want to be paying for fat, it was not the best rib i have had, it tasted to plain and watery. the side dishes they had which was only a few were not that great they just didnt go well with the rib so i must say that i do not recommend dinning here, the place has potential but currently it's not worth the time or the money more
