Pleasantly surprised 3/26/2013

I was expecting to have to wait an extra few days for my vehicle to be ready. I was so happy when Murphy called to say I could pick up my car 4 days earlier. I have used Rick's one other time and was just as happy. Thanks!! more

Outstanding Cutomer Service; Knowledgable, freindly and very helpful; accomodating 6/15/2012

Although circustances for my need to use RIck's were not ideal, the whole process was very easy, friendly and supportive. I had expected a longer repair time and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my car was ready for me. After the initial repair, there was a small incident. It was handled immediately and my car was dropped at my place of business. Jason was absolutely wonderful! more

FAMILY TRUST 12/30/2011

rick's has been our "family auto repair" for a lot of years, and they NEVER let us down, we have fast service, quiality work, and are made to feel like we are not just another auto repair job for their bottom line... it is always a very pleasant experience to work with them concering our auto repair needs, we will be using them when its time to give our cars a "paint job".... no please better in the area than Ricks.. more

Jason was helpful with getting our car taken care of, and responded well to my initial contact with him through e-mails. The work on the car was a little disapointing upon picking it up. Bumper was loose because of missing screws or rivits, and the bumper had a 3 inch mark on the paint that does not come off. It wasn't terrible quality of work but certainly room for improvement - You asked! more
