My husband and I rarely get to spend a day together alone so we took advantage and walked about downtown and tried Ricks. When you walk in you feel comforted by the blues tunes, friendly bartender, and close quarters if you dine near the bar area. The menu is broad enough to please just about anyone and the food was very tasty. However, the waitress, Joylyn, lacked menu knowledge was a but short at times and lacked the usual smile and hospitality of a typical classy restaurant. She also did not inform us that RIcks charges for refills so atop the already high prices we were also gouged for 2 Dr. Peppers and 2 iced teas. Still, I would go back if they had beer on tap and a waitress with a smile.
Pros: Atmosphere, food
Cons: Prices
