This place is awesome. I walked into the store,it was very clean and\r well decorated. the sales people were very friendly and very helpful.\r They even gave me some pointers on what to look for when\r purchasing furniture (veneers,compressed wood, mdf,and\r dovetail).The salesman even said no need to buy ,just look and take\r your time. There was no pressure whatsoever. I have been buying my furniture in this store for about ten years now, and I'm very satisfied. We just bought a beautiful dining set, 3 days before Christmas, and the salesman promised they would deliver it ASAP.They called me a day after we purchased it and delivered it same day. The delivery guys were so nice, they even helped me assemble it for free. Their prices are affordable and the quality and selection is great. That's one of the reasons why I keep buying my furniture here. If you ever need good quality furniture, fast , Rick's Furniture is your best bet! more

I went into Ricks wanting to purchase a LARGE sectional couch. I literally went to every furniture shop downtown and on Monterey. You know all the stores that have names like ""Furniture 4 U"" and ""Stop Here and Buy From Us"" and ""Please Waste Your Time in Our God-Awful Showroom.""\r Well, walking into Ricks is like a breath of fresh air. It's big, open, and has good quality stuff. Also, you don't get the feeling like someone is trying to rip you off or sell you furniture that was made illegally in some 3rd world country by an 8 year old child.\r Rick, the owner, helped me and showed me a huge comfortable sectional with chaise (fits 7 adults easily!) and worked with me on price. He never pressured me, and even called me after I bought it to let me know there was a new color available if I wanted to change my mind. So I came in, he showed me the new color, and I changed it! The delivery guys were awesome and set everything up in my living room.\r All in all, it was an awesome experience, and I will be shopping there again for my next purchase. more

I just relocated from Chicago and spent way too much time driving around the bay area looking for furniture that i liked... i just happened across rick's en route to another store and decided to give it a try. what an awesome place to find furniture! compared to everyplace else i went (i was looking for almost a month), they had best selection and prices. the salesmen were very courteous and professional. here it is, less than a week later and my furniture is delivered and set up...\r highly recommended--it is the best experience i had shopping in the south bay for furniture! more

Awesome customer service looked at five stores and no help at all! Ricks was different they helped pick stuff let us try things out and I bought more than I expected to buy! We were looking for new livingroom furniture and we also needed a headboard for our Calif King size bed and hadn't been able to find any we really liked. But after getting such a great deal on the leather couches we have wanted so bad for two years, we were able to also purchase the most beautiful wood headboard I've ever seen!!! OMG our house looks amazing, not only did they deliver for free, they also set up our furniture. I wouldn't of been able to arrange it the way RIck did in a million years. I stink at creativity and just am so grateful that this experience has helped us to create such a beautiful home for our family.Thank you Rick!!! more

Just bought a full bedroom set from this place. The salesmen Luis was very nice and cool with changing up the bedroom. So the positive part is they will negotiate on price, the stuff is pretty good quality and way cheaper then you big name furniture store oh and very personalized service. more

Went to this store with a budget on a leather loveseat. The loveseat I wanted was more than my budget but the owner Rick lowered the price. Rick delivered it personally on time and even assembled it also. Would buy from again. more
