The Very Best 1/4/2011

I have never dealt with a better dealership than Rickenbaugh Cadillac. My sales representative Karen Knoll is the very best- thoroughly knowledgeable with every facet of the Cadillac automobile, courteous, friendly, and absolutely professional. The same can be said for Cadillac Sales Manager Mike Moxely, for the service department, and for all support departments with which I have done business. Tthere is no chance I would never patronize another Cadillac dealership in Colorado. Rickenbaugh simply is the very best. more

Very satisfied with our first purchase 11/9/2010

This is our second purchase from Rickenbaugh. We were very satisfied with our first Volvo purchase, and with the subsequent service that went with it. We were again pleased with the ease of purchasing another Volvo from Rickenbaugh and will continue to have it serviced there also. more

"agree that Dwight Davis is the best service rep I have ever worked with. I drive to Rickenbaugh from Lafayette, through Denver rush hour traffic every time to her my S60R serviced HERE even though Sil Ter-Harry is much,much more convenient. Their svc mgr pissed me off." more

Love this Place.... 10/28/2010

Walked into Don Massy looking at new escalades with my mom, several people walked passed us giving us looks like why are you here? Finally we had to go up and ask a salesmen if he could help us, he told us this is the new car office, the used car office is next door. We told him well we were looking for a New escalade. He told us that the price was $70000, my mom and I looked at each other and said ok thank you and walked out. Next day went over to Rickenbaugh walked in and immediately we were greeted by Anthony looked at what they had and picked up a new escalade ha.. Been doing business with them for a few years now. Anthony has always been so helpful! Always helps me with anything I need! He remembered me when I walked in and that was 3 years ago! Good people great experience once again! My business will stay with Rickenaugh! more
