Walked into Don Massy looking at new escalades with my mom, several people walked passed us giving us looks like why are you here? Finally we had to go up and ask a salesmen if he could help us, he told us this is the new car office, the used car office is next door. We told him well we were looking for a New escalade. He told us that the price was $70000, my mom and I looked at each other and said ok thank you and walked out. Next day went over to Rickenbaugh walked in and immediately we were greeted by Anthony looked at what they had and picked up a new escalade ha.. Been doing business with them for a few years now. Anthony has always been so helpful! Always helps me with anything I need! He remembered me when I walked in and that was 3 years ago! Good people great experience once again! My business will stay with Rickenaugh!
