Ever since Alex Post has come over to 5/31/2012

Ever since Alex Post has come over to the Mazda service side things are alot better. All the years that i have had my CX9 noone has ever offered that i could have my car detailed which i could pay for. This is a value add to your company. Her customer service skills and they way that she takes care of me and the customers that come in is second to none. Good to have Jeff back also. more

I'm a customer of Gwinnett Place Mazda and Alex Post was my contact person. I just wanted to\r let you know how I appreciated how she handled my vechicle. I've had extensive amount of work done on my vehicle over the past few months and she was very instrumental in getting my car fixed with less inconvienence to me as possible. She aslo made\r sure my vehicle was fixed properly by allowing me to communicate directly with the mechanic Jeff and I truely appreciated that. I'm not sure if you had a hand in hiring her for Mazda, but it was a blessing for me to have her oversee my vehicle.\r \r Satisfied Customer more

Rick Case surprised me 2/18/2011

I had heard a lot of mixed reviews out there about Rick Case Mazda. But after doing an exhaustive search online, and talking to the salesman on the phone, I decided to drive down there and give them a shot. Not only did I get a great price, but the level of service I received from Grey Fenn was outstanding. I am easily say I recommend these guys. Thanks again Grey! more
